3.5 mmstraightserratedF-LINE PEAR HANDLEThanks to the parabolic grinding on the instrument tip and the diamond-shaped plateau, gentle penetration into the interdental space / periodontal gap is optimally guaranteed. Due to the specific shape, a 180° rotation of the instrument allows four luxation movements, two in mesial and two in distal direction. During the luxation process, 5-7 hypomochlies (rotation and support movements) are performed, which makes it clearly superior to conventional levers. The serrated edge of the instrument further promotes dislocation. Axial levering stress on the instrument tips can lead to fracture. The Pivot-Point instruments are not suitable for axial levering use. Non-compliance with the instructions for use can lead to breakage. We cannot accept any liability for such damage!
3.0 mmbent upwardsserratedF-LINE PEAR HANDLE The parabolic grinding on the instrument tip and the diamond-shaped plateau ensure gentle penetration into the interdental space / periodontal gap. Due to the shape, four luxation movements are possible by rotating the instrument 180°, 2x mesial and 2x distal. During the luxation process, 5-7 hypomochlies (rotational and supporting movements) take place, which makes it clearly superior to any conventional lever. Luxation is particularly favoured by the serrated edge of the instrument. Axial levering stress on the instrument tips can lead to fracture. The Pivot-Point instruments are not suitable for axial levering use. Non-compliance with the instructions for use can lead to breakage. We cannot accept any liability for this damage!

Pivot point root lifters
In our "Pivot Point Instruments (Root Lifters)" category, we offer an innovative selection of instruments that have been specially developed for the gentle luxation of teeth and root residues. These instruments represent a further development in the dental extraction technique. The unique design of the instrument tip, with its parabolic cut and diamond-shaped plateau, enables particularly gentle penetration into the interdental space or periodontal gap. These design features reduce trauma to the surrounding tissue and improve patient comfort during the procedure. The special design of the Pivot Point instruments enables four different luxation movements, two in the mesial and two in the distal direction, by simply rotating the instrument 180°. This functionality enables effective and precise handling of the instrument during extraction. During the luxation process, the instrument assists the dentist with several rotating and supporting movements, which significantly increases its effectiveness compared to conventional levers. This technique distributes the pressure evenly and reduces the risk of damage to the surrounding structures. The serrated edge of the instruments promotes luxation by facilitating tissue penetration and separation. This feature makes the instrument particularly effective in use. Our Pivot Point instruments are available in various designs - curved downwards, curved upwards, straight, curved to the left and curved to the right. We also offer toothed and untoothed versions as well as different widths to ensure optimal adaptation to the individual needs of each procedure and patient. Please note that axial levering stress on the instrument tips should be avoided to prevent instrument breakage. These advanced instruments support a less invasive technique, resulting in faster healing and a more comfortable patient experience.
