» Download Flyer The dev-os stainless steel Tenting-Screws were specifically developed for dental augmentation procedures within the framework of guided bone regeneration (GBR), enabling simple, controlled, and predictable bone regeneration. The umbrella-shaped screw head functions as a stable support element, reliably maintaining space between the graft material and the surrounding soft tissue. This ensures long-term preservation of the intended regenerative space and mechanically stabilizes the augmented volume. Multiple screws can be placed per defect as required, allowing both horizontal and vertical augmentations to be performed according to the specific clinical indication. The two available head diameters (4 mm and 6 mm) permit precise adaptation to the defect size and anatomical situation. Manufactured from medical-grade stainless steel, the screws are intentionally designed for minimal osseous integration and can be removed atraumatically after the healing phase, with a low risk of head fracture. In combination with the proven QUADRO drive system, this provides a user-friendly and reliable solution for modern GBR techniques. The dev-os INOX Tenting-Screws (made of stainless steel), model 4712-04-XX, have a shaft diameter of Ø 1.2 mm. The following lengths are available (please select above):4712-04-08: Length: 8 mm | Head diameter: Ø 4.0 mm | Screw diameter: Ø 1.2 mm4712-04-10: Length: 10 mm | Head diameter: Ø 4.0 mm | Screw diameter: Ø 1.2 mm4712-04-12: Length: 12 mm | Head diameter: Ø 4.0 mm | Screw diameter: Ø 1.2 mmLike all devemed screws, these are equipped with the proven QUADRO screw head, which prevents the screw from spinning and enhances the screwdriver's grip for secure pickup and precise placement. They are sold in packs of 3.Compatible with the following accessories:Screwdriver blades 4213-30 (70 mm) & 4213-31 (30 mm) (requires handle 4311-00)Pilot drill 4212-08 (Ø 1.0 mm x 8 mm; gradations 2-4-6)Inlay 4410-50 for modular toolbox 4400-10
