The SINUS-LIFT SET - SMALL provides a precise and efficient solution for external sinus lift procedures. The surgical process involves several steps that require careful and atraumatic handling:
- First, the gingiva is detached, followed by the opening of a sinus "window" using a diamond-coated ball drill.
- The Schneiderian membrane is gently detached from the bone, for which specially curved sinus lift elevators or sinus lift curettes are provided. Additionally, the membrane is protected by folding the "bone window."
- The measurement and preparation of the bony implant bed are done precisely and systematically.
- Subsequently, the bone (substitute) material is carefully introduced.
- After suturing and fixing the mucosa, the treated area begins to transform into solid bone.
